The Third Republic Party of Tunisia, on behalf of the Constitutional Interregnum Authority, is issuing a Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) to engage a professional event management entity or a consortium of entities with proven international experience to organize the Global Convention for Constitutional Governance— entitled "Alliance Politics: Beyond Traditional Boundaries"—one of the most significant political gatherings of political entities worldwide.
This high-profile event will bring together political leaders, constitutional scholars, and international delegates from the public and private sectors across our globe’s six continents to Carthage, Tunisia, requiring comprehensive end-to-end services including international and domestic logistics, venue management, staging and production, multi-language translation and interpretation, delegate registration and accreditation, media and communications support, diplomatic protocol coordination, and executive hospitality services and complementary touristic trips across the 5 regions of Tunisia.
We are seeking a strategic partner, or a consortium of partners, capable of delivering a seamless, world-class conference experience that reflects the historical significance of this new era constitutional governance summit and Tunisia's role as a bridge between continents and civilizations.
This EOI is open to all qualified organizations worldwide, including event management and government relations companies, international consulting firms, diplomatic protocol specialists, conference production agencies, hospitality corporations, logistics providers, security firms, translation services, technology platforms, media organizations, academic institutions, think tanks, non-governmental organizations with constitutional governance expertise, and any corporate or civil society entity capable of supporting the strategic, logistical, or substantive requirements of a global political convention of this magnitude.
Interested organizations and individuals are invited to submit a letter or a proposal including an overview of their credentials, international political event portfolio, methodology and values/charter statement.
